Platform Overview
The RTP Radar Traffic Platform integrates road network traffic information to build a comprehensive big data platform that combines a traffic data archive, traffic analysis and diagnostics, a digital twin, and device operations and maintenance management. It enables road network traffic flow analysis, traffic signal evaluation, real-time incident monitoring and alerts, vehicle trajectory analysis, congestion analysis, and digital twin visualization. The platform follows a data-driven approach — using data to speak, manage, make decisions, and innovate — with the goal of making road traffic smoother and travel safer.

Holographic Traffic Situation Monitoring & Digital Twin
Based on GIS maps and multi-level visualization, the platform dynamically displays road congestion, vehicle trajectories, and refined vehicle twins, creating a “single map” for comprehensive traffic operations. It enables panoramic, transparent monitoring from macro network situation to micro vehicle trajectories.
Traffic Flow & Incident Intelligent Monitoring and Alerting
Automated, round-the-clock monitoring of traffic flow (volume, speed, occupancy) and various traffic incidents (abnormal stop, congestion, overspeed, etc.) delivers second-level sensing, automatic alerts, and precise positioning. It also supports ranking and tracking of high-frequency incident vehicles.
Traffic Data Analysis & Archive Management
Establishes comprehensive traffic flow and incident archives. Supports multi-dimensional, custom-period statistical analysis and trend display of historical data, as well as querying and exporting of past incidents, providing solid data support for management decisions.
Integrated Intelligent Operations & Maintenance Management
Builds a full-lifecycle device O&M system. Through device distribution, online rate statistics, fault alerts, and data integrity analysis, it enables centralized, visualized, and intelligent O&M of the front-end sensing network, ensuring stable system operation.
